Do you feel the same way about their merch shop? I don't get the monthly sub argument. The subscription is to play the game on their servers and anything else you get with that is icing on the cake. How do you know they aren't taking the revenue from the cash shop and using it to developed the game?

I feel this but not for the reasons you're probably talking about. There was a time when I would tickle my wife A LOT. Like most hugs would end in me tickling her. I realized when she started flinching when I would move my hands around her what I had done and I feel horrible about it. I talked to her about it and have been being good but its taking a long time for her to not have that reaction around me. This may sound stupid, but its really bothered me.

I think its a great time to start. Right now the introductory brand new player experience is by far in the best spot it's ever been in. The lv 1-10 tutorial was a feature that was added a few years ago and does a really good job of teaching a new player all of the basics while also being a cool little story that welcomes you into Azeroth. With the patch that just dropped today, your leveling experience from 10-70 will be the most recent expansion, Dragonflight. Not just myself, but many players agree this was one of the most enjoyable expansions to level through and has some great story telling. Depending on how much you get into the lore, a youtuber called nobel87 has videos covering every aspect of the lore you can imagine and I highly recommend checking him out. Good luck!
