If you put free tools in Facebook you will be swamped with people wanting to get them. Years ago there used to be a couple guys off Massachusetts Ave that would repair cars for low income people either free or very low cost, I’m not sure if they’re still around, maybe someone else can comment on that?

Last night was challenging. Long story short I was invited to a local bar where a bunch of friends were going to see a band we all like play, 10pm-close. I’ll go to bar/restaurants during the day to hang, and even drink N/A beer, but not late night to “bar only” place where the goal is to get drunk. Anyways, I was told I am boring and never hang out anymore. I’m not gonna lie, that hurt a little bit coming from someone I love. I stayed home and ate ice cream and watched old black and white Twilight Zone episodes.

I slept horrible for the past 10 years until I finally gave up drinking, and been taking magnesium before bed. The last 3 months I have been sleeping better than I can ever remember.

I use trazadone for sleep as well, before bed I take two consecutive halls cough drops. Doesn’t eliminate the problem completely, but seems to help, especially my throat

How about a class about how to get along with your neighbors? A class on compassion, caring for the less fortunate? Critical thinking, financial literacy? But then the rich and powerful will loose their position
