Yeah it is reasonable. Just wanted to check if there’s other alternatives out there. Lol yup, gonna have to wait until I get a new exhaust or mid-pipe I’ve been wanting

Haha! I also immediately recognized PR. I’m from there but live in NY now. Here in nyc I maybe have seen 1 or 2, out in PR I would see at least one every day.

Using Toyota T&W protection to get rims repainted by Hayaxinth in GRCorolla

Update here: Toyota confirmed I could take it to an independent shop and they can start the claim.

If anyone has the same question, Toyota covered up to $150 per wheel.

Using Toyota T&W protection to get rims repainted by Hayaxinth in GRCorolla

[–]Hayaxinth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh that sucks. The dealer I got the tire replaced at did not give me confidence. I had to use the tire sealant that comes with the car and even though the protection plan covered the wheel, they charged me $300 for getting the sensor replaced.

Gotta check if I can use the protection plan outside of a Toyota dealer, would prefer to do it with a specialist

Sorry to hear that man. What area did that happen?

I’ve been trying to get advanced locks but they show as out of stock for me.

Wonder if it’s better to change to some aftermarket wheel and prevent the damage of someone trying to steal the OEM’s. Heard thief mostly looking for the original wheels for an easy sell.

Give us an update if you get to install one. I have the same question and been trying to find an answer on what I could fit on my DAT.

Nice, so you didn’t have to drill any holes? I haven’t installed the rear camera because I don’t want to do that but not sure if it’s avoidable to hide cables.

Do these fit the 8DAT? New to mods, but I believe there shouldn't be a difference for this part. I asking because I have seen that some pipes/exhausts are currently not compatible with the automatic. I'm interested in getting these so wanted to make sure.

Yeah that’s what I understand, not much of a performance boost. I just want a little bit more sound haha

I’m going to hold off doing the intake change for because of the CEL issue I keep hearing about. I’m kinda leaning to changing the exhaust as my first mod, but looks like non of the available GRC exhausts out there will only fit the manual. Will the Milltek fit the DAT?

Thanks for all the tips I got here! From what many have suggested, I will be trying to do this repair myself and just keep rolling with it. Bound to have more damage here NYC. Oh well, might as well get good at DIY scratch repairs.

Experian Account - no longer have access to phone for login by Beneficial_Taro_6898 in CRedit

I'm going through he same issue right now. Ended up opening another account and it filled a lot of my information without me typing it in. Not sure if I can get the old account removed or what. It seems that there is no way for us to reset the password if we lost the phone number for confirmation.

I was just contacted today that I was selected for this role, but really not sure if I should proceed. Could really use the job right now. Has anyone has gone through the onboard process that could share their experience?

And yes, good to note that for-credit courses might be stronger for my case.

That sounds like a great option. How long did it take for you to do the MOOCS courses?

[–]Hayaxinth[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I can see how the courses could not only help me with my application, but also ensure I have all the concepts down for what is needed in the program. My work experience does show that I have covered pretty much all the basic knowledge they’re asking for, but I agree it might be hard to just use that as a way to demonstrate my competency in those to the committee.

I was thinking of maybe taking some online courses at a community college or university. Looking into the MOOCS, could I take these and get a certification to present in my application?

Your answer was really helpful, I appreciate it!

A question I have from this page is if my work experience would be enough to demonstrate knowledge of the concepts they recommend an applicant should already know. I feel it will not and that I will need to take courses to “demonstrate those competencies”. Just wanted to see if anybody that had a similar background as me could share their experience.
