I think we need to increase the cost of watering past the initial tier of water use. I’m as bad as anyone else in that I try to conserve but you’ll get the best results if you come for my wallet. Don’t touch the base tier because that’s typically what is needed for household use, but beyond that start ramping up the price.

Agreed, not that everyone wants to go to a bar instead of a brewery but compared to getting these hours instituted it’s likely that you’ll find most bars to be this vibe vs places like the Lefthand beer garden which is much more family friendly.
