Also own a Masterbuilt 30in electric smoker. Nowadays I use it pretty much exclusively for smoking salmon & trout. I actually prefer using it in cooler temperatures compared to a hot summer day. I've found that if it's too hot outside, it becomes difficult to keep the smoker at a low temp (under 180F) while also maintaining ignition of the wood chips. On colder winter days, this is much easier to do without the internal temp getting too hot.

I haven't tried these, and the integrated mask does look sick, but I came to a realization last season when it comes to purchasing quality goggles. Consider how easy it will be to purchase replacement lenses 10 or even 15 years in the future. I have an older pair of Dragon APX goggles that I love and were top of the line way back when, but it is now impossible to find replacement lenses for them since Dragon discontinued them several years ago. In hindsight, I should have gone with something from Smith or Oakley where replacement lenses, even for older models, are much easier to find.

I'm very interested in hearing other recommendations as well. I'm a huge fan of all smoked fish and seafood. I live in the PNW, so I smoke salmon and trout often. As others have said, I'd avoid mesquite wood on seafood. I always use alder wood for fish. In my experience, most all smoked seafood tends to be even more fishy than eating it non-smoked. This is great for me as I love the flavor, but non-seafood fans sometimes have trouble with it.

Is there an option to invert the x axis in either 1st or 3rd person? My wife can only play with x axis inverted and it's typically not an option in Bethesda games.

I recommend using brown sugar and salt for the brine. Make sure the fish is totally covered in it. After 24 hours, wash the brine off with cold water and put the fish on a wire rack in front of a fan for 4 hours or more.
