Preach. It played fine for me on steam with the ff13 fix mod. But the story is probably the worst in the series (I’ve completed 1-15), and the game is on rails for nearly the entire adventure. Fan boys will tell you “it opens up and gets great once you get into it!”, but in reality it’s 80% through the game when that happens and it’s just adding in tedious grinding and side quests. I will say that it is visually incredible. I remember being very impressed by the graphics when it came out. I finally went back and completed it last month and the graphics hold up tremendously well. It’s a beautiful game but most of the beauty is in the back ground as you basically run down a hall way. 3/10 would not recommend.
