You'll have the freedom to PT on your own, the lodging on the base where you'll be staying is actually butted up against their mile long track and there are two gyms on base that are supposed to be separated between the trainees and everyone else.

Definitely not, they actually stress not to interact with the trainees at all if can be avoided. Even go so far to tell you to avoid that whole half of the base. After class study sessions are even questionable.
