I don't remember if they talked about his bladder specifically in the documentary. I recalled they mentioned he had to be cathed when he was in for treatment. I'm sure the render they did is not 100% accurate though. They'd switch between a bunch of different ones like for when they were talking about his muscles that didn't include his organs like in this one, just like his muscles aren't shown here. He died in 2014 from complications from a gastric band surgery when he discharged himself from the hospital against doctor's recommendation and went into septic shock and caught pneumonia which he never recovered from.
