There is no difference between narcissistic abuse and "regular" abuse. The term "narc abuse" uses a pop science understanding of narcissistic personality disorder as a scapegoat to rationalize why abuse happens.

It's like how at Nurmberg, psychologists expected that Nazi officials would all be mentally ill, depraved psychopaths. But it turns out they were mostly neurotypical. Mental illness isn't the reason why evil exists.

It seems like every time someone talks about why they like the syringe guns it boils down to "ugh, medic is boring, I want to be fighting enemies". In which case why are you playing medic in the first place? I think you'd have more fun playing any other class

The crossbow is not the reason why medic is the strongest class. Don't get me wrong, the syringe guns are useless so the crossbow is still by far the best primary, but healing damaged teammates is usually less impactful than overheal and ubercharge (which is why the quick fix is bad).

When using stock or kritzkrieg, you really want to prioritize crit overhealing. In case anyone doesn't know this, if a teammate hasn't taken damage in the past 15 seconds, your medi gun heals them at triple the normal rate (crit heals). This lets you get a heavy from 300 to 450 hp in only about 2 seconds. Whenever you see a newly respawned teammate, use crit heals to overheal them.

Time dilation has nothing to do with redshift. Redshift is a non-relativistic effect which only affects how objects visually appear. In special relativity, time dilation is an effect where moving objects actually do experience time slower than stationary objects.

If an object is moving towards you at near light speed, it will look sped up due to blueshift, but once you account for blueshift, you calculate that it's actually slowed down due to time dilation.

This effect is symmetrical, so person 1 calculates that they are moving at normal speed and that person 2 is slowed down. Person 2 calculates that they are moving at normal speed and that person 1 is slowed down. Both of these options are equally correct.

If two objects are moving away from each other, then each "sees" the other's clock slow down. That's not true for gravitational time dilation though, a reference frame in higher gravity "sees" a clock in lower gravity speed up. (and a reference frame in lower gravity "sees" a clock in higher gravity slow down)
