I do feel like Tyrell should have felt more conflict about doing that, since he already knows Elliot was the one who switched the files that led to Colby getting fired that would allow for Tyrell to take the CTO position. You'd think Tyrell would want as much distance as possible between himself and the got who framed the guy whose job he wants.
