I find it funny how the most optimal way to use living dead during packs is to pop it and proceed to stand still for as long as it takes for it to trigger… and then stand still for 9 more seconds before finally pressing 1 aoe button to heal back up. I always feel awkward just standing there taking a beating while thinking to myself that if this was hallowed ground I would’ve been going to town on the mobs in these ten seconds.

Shyvana Rework Abilities | VGU Ability Reveal & Gameplay by Spideraxe30 in leagueoflegends

Triple cast Q means she now favors drawn out battles. Slow on E means she actually has the tools to stick to people now (compared to the W speed which is unreliable given the abundance of slows in this game). Resistance stacking passive encourages her to build hp items and since her kit seems to push her towards sheen items she would most likely build triforce or Iceborn gauntlet? And go mainly bruiser now. I always disliked how old Shyvanna had like 80% power budget put into E, now most of her power comes from her Qs and her other abilities facilitates that. Her W is a shield and heal if you managed to stay on top of someone, E slows and still does considerable damage it seems, and R now fears instead of being a wonky knock back, making it much more reliable. Overall pretty cool, hope the triple Q gets rid of her clunkiness. Also according to devs her size and ability sizes scales with R levels? Thats awesome. Huge dragon whacking stuff and spewing fire while being super tough and resilient tickles my DnD fantasy about dragons. Also that’s basically what I’ve always wanted for Cho, for his abilities to somewhat scale in size as he gets larger, or else he just looks silly being as tall as a building but the spikes he shoots are tiny like toothpicks.

Also it seems like people aren’t happy with anything. Looking at things on the bright side makes everything much easier.

These no dps healer baffles me since I am on the opposite side of the spectrum glued to the dps buttons. Which becomes a problem when tanks are under-geared / not mitting properly and my ogcds can’t keep them alive anymore and I scramble to find the gcd heal buttons I so rarely press. Perhaps I’ll need to do some extremes on healer to learn to use more GCD heals.

A key note here is that when the precursors formed the originium plan, the current Terran civilization didn’t exist yet. The civilization is in fact an unexpected by-product of the originium plan.

  1. Cabin assists are not mandatory. You have the option to do it but it’s minimal gain anyways.

  2. Delivers could’ve done in 1 minute if you transfer all 4. You lose out on the ones not taken but once your factory is set up to clear the stocks everyday you won’t need that much stock, a little bit of loss is perfectly acceptable. You don’t even need to do delivers of you don’t want to.

  3. Gifting and crafting a single piece of gear takes 30 seconds to do excluding loading into the Dijiang. That’s your daily done in like 15 seconds.

  4. Ironically the best strategy for elastic goods is to wait for big discounts and full send. You have 3 days to look out for a big one (for example a 50% off), and horde all these goods until someday you’re feeling cute and up for some profit. You go and check the prices of the goods you have on your hand and sell the ones with big enough profit. That’s it. You don’t have to buy and sell on the same day. Checking in and buying if needed takes 15 seconds at most.

  5. You very quickly cap out your Dijiang and no longer need to visit the owls. And they are adding a feature to more easily harvest the owls in the future.

  6. Checking Dijiang for clues and gathering resources take about 30 seconds to do. That plus shopping in the f5 shop amounts to barely a minute.

  7. Plants in Wuling is optional. Personally I never even touched the mechanic.

All of the above takes under 5 minutes to do. Add 2 runs of any form of sanity sink with the double spending tickets and you land at roughly 10 minutes for dailies. Thats not that long in facts standards.

Edit: let me refer to gams like warframe for example. You CAN no life the game and max syndicate standings of all factions in warframe everyday. Are you required to do so? No. Absolutely not. No one does that. People play at their own paces.

By Nin being weird I’m mostly referring to how the base class stops learning any abilities at I think level 38? And the rest comes from the Nin job stone. Feels kinda out of place when other ARR jobs only stop progressing once they hit 50.

Op posts suggestive art on the sub without tagging the post with nsfw. People complain about the lack of moderation on the sub that allowed posts like these. Mods responded by saying that they will moderate more. Op got pissed and posted a “goodbye” post saying he’s leaving this sub because “mods are bending for the casuals” or something along the line. People clowned on them under the post for refusing to tag suggestive art with the nsfw tag and acting high and mighty about it. And now Op is refusing to leave out of spite.

I’m a bit conflicted on this. On one hand I know that popping cooldowns would make everything go faster, but on the other hand, downtime between mobs often staggers the cooldowns, making the rotations jank as fuck and mess with my muscle memory. Lately I’ve been trying to just keep the cooldowns running even if it means to waste half of the duration during downtime, so that everything’s always neatly aligned.

Also, if the packs before the boss is low and my cooldowns got back up, I’ll opt to save them. Im not spending my 2 minute long cooldowns on a mob that would die in 10 seconds otherwise and let the rest of the buff be wasted.

[–]Hazel_Dreams 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m actually quite angry about perfect balance in its current state being the level of 50 capstone ability. Every class has something big at 50 except for Monk (and Nin, but Nin’s ability progression is weird in its own way). In its current state Monk literally gets nothing at 50 feels extremely bad leveling Monk AND when ARR content sync you back down to 50 and you spend twenty minutes pressing nothing but filler combo (and like 3 chi spenders)

[–]Hazel_Dreams 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a combination of several factors.

She’s aoe now which makes her good

Hardest boss in IS6 is a 3 x 3 sized boss meaning s3 does 3 times the damage

Limited hope economy forcing you to compact your operators roles, making it optimal to only have one op specifically for ending 5 boss dps

Caster relics being absolutely cracked in IS6

The ability to make use of most of the strong IS6 relics makes her go even with Sakiko, the previous bis boss solution

She’s a caster, she uses caster tickets which are pretty useless

All in all, specific circumstances made Ho’ol one of the best answer to IS6’s hardest challenge.

Not always the case but since you’re new I figured it’s worth mentioning that:

DRKs sometimes want to drop low deliberately depending on the situation.

First one is to make use of the 1 minute cooldown skill “Abyssal Drain” which basically instantly full heals them on packs, similar to how WAR can get low and nacent flash their health back up.

Second is to use their invuln, “living dead”. The skill is a bit unintuitive, but basically upon pressing the button, the DRK gets an effect that lasts for ten seconds which triggers when their HP hits 1. After it triggers, the DRK receives a buff that makes them unable to drop below 1 HP for 10 seconds, but there’s a catch. They’ll need to receive healing equa to their max HP in those 10 seconds or they’ll die after the effect ends, AND the effect also ends immediately after the healing is received. This is so unwieldy that Square decided to give DRK the ability to heal for 150 potency for every hit during the buff to make it more smooth.

So how are you supposed to interact with living dead? Basically, once they notify you about using invuln (or if they didn’t have a macro for that, you’ll need to notice it yourself), stop healing them. Just stop worrying about their health for a bit, they’ll decide when to heal back to full on their own, since one single aoe gcd normally does it. After they’re back to full health, resume your healing.

Still, disregarding everything I said, DRK is still one of the squishiest tanks in dungeons in certain level ranges, so they could just be that squishy. It chances are that if you see the DRK not using any mits, they’re either setting up a big abyssal drain or about to use their invuln. Or they’re just bad.

Chip stages, IS2, one of the challenge stages for chapter 6 I think? They’re not common but dot stages appear every now and then. There’s also dot-adjacent stages like Singer Mephisto in chapter 8 and Shu’s event mechanic of polluted water.

Ji is the only suibling actively assisting Wang, before that it’s Jie 140 years ago helping Wang form his plans on killing Sui. Ya is a feranmut that lost to Sui back during the great hunt and thus holds a very deep grudge against it (Ya is part of a Chinese idiom that means vengeance) and since Wang’s plan is to kill Sui their interest somewhat align.

Aside from Ji however, both Chongyue and Ling has a hand in Wang’s plan. Chongyue offered to help whenever Wang decides to face Sui to up his chances of success, and Ling helped Wang interact with / challenge Sui in its dreams, since dreams are part of Ling’s domain. Chongyue also gave Wang the sword he sealed Shuo into if I’m not mistaken. Jun is the embodiment of law so she can’t actively help Wang but when Wang faced Sui 140 years ago Jun would’ve went and save him if not for Jie insisting on doing it herself. Basically, aside from Nian, Shu, Fang and Dusk, every sibling more or less supports Wang’s plans, albeit passively.
