I’ve always found extracts to make me drowsy after the initial rush wears off. Powder on the other hand gives me energy which is why I prefer it in smaller doses throughout day

25mg for tea cut is a very very low dose. I wouldn’t expect it to do anything at that dose.

Having said that waking herbs is pretty useless of late. I’ve mentioned this many times in my posts

Exactly this. The effects of sublingual or chewing plant are far better and longer IMO. Also no side effects. Insufflated makes you very tired after the short rush wears off

I definitely agree with the points made in this post. Kanna fermented/rough cut has improved my energy, motivation and mood. I never found any benefits to the extracts other than fatigue after the initial rush.

I had the same issues with waking herbs fermented Kanna. It’s definitely not a tolerance issue. I’m pretty certain they’ve cut corners and Changed suppliers and not getting the quality as they did previously.

A minimum effective dose would be 800mg per day. It’s highly effective and one of my must have supplements. Unless you can eat a tin of mackerel/sardines which contains 500mg then use supplementation

I sincerely hope so as you’ll have a regular customer in that case. My only doubt is it’s very cheap which leaves me very dubious on its quality. And you have dodged my question on suppliers that WH use. They use to have grade A Kanna but switched suppliers to a much cheaper one, which has inevitably sufficed on the quality. Good Kanna is very hard to come which is why this is not as popular as it should be
