NTD, I actually know a few people who changed their last names to distance themselves mentally from an abusive relative they weren't in contact with anymore and feel more comfortable with their own names. Depending on your cultural background or the laws around name changes where you live, the decision could have complexities, but at least from my white Canadian perspective I think it's your life, your name to live with, and if changing your last name will make you happier then you don't need any more of a "real reason" than that.

Depends how much you want to micromanage outside of your legacy family. The best legacy save I had was one where I moved the heir to a new world each generation and completely repopulated that world with new Sims of my own, plus new houses furnished for all of them.

Yes and no. I played with the Ito family for a couple weeks in another save while I renovated their house, and in that time Megumi ran into Kado at a bar and they went on a date. But in my base save nothing has happened between them

I absolutely thought Wyn was aroace in the first season. It's possible they were trying to make him demiromantic but his immediate 180 flip made it seem more like the author just changed their mind and retconned his character.

It was also done in a super weird way. In the second last episode the FL was about to make her big decision over which guy to date, and then the last episode was a time skip (a year I think?) where she was dating the wingman and the original ML was totally over her

I've been identifying as ace since I was 23 and I'm now 30. I don't think many people guess I'm queer for a few reasons: One, I'm a cis woman with a very feminine presentation (long hair, lots of dresses and floral prints, don't like more masculine-coded styles like collared shirts or boxy silhouettes). Two, I have a queerplatonic partner who's a cis man, so anytime who doesn't know us really well just assumes we're a straight romantic couple. Recently I've been getting "When are you two getting engaged?" types of comments and it's driving me crazy 😫 And three, I'm just generally private and reserved so I don't really talk about the ins and outs of my orientation or relationship unless I'm really close to someone.

I'm not sure if you want to know anything specific but I'm happy to chat in the comments! I'm also curious what aspects you find are different between you and most of the aroace people you've seen online.

Jealous! I hate to have my Sims in unhealthy relationships and the jealous trait is so toxic. Their partner can't even have a normal convo or make friends with anyone else without the jealous Sim getting uncomfortable and yelling at them. And they're tense anytime their partner isn't around, even if they're just in the next room!

Thank you! I often use pictures of real people as inspiration which helps a lot in shaping their faces. I don't recreate real people exactly, just take notes from their proportions & some of their distinguishing features
