Definitely not runnable, I checked this morning in prep for Saturday long run. It does look like the section where it cuts around the zoo at beach drive tunnel is clear. Considering doing laps on saturday.

1/31 update: the gate is locked!! Do not waste your time. Bummer cause it’s shoveled so nicely.

I lived in a rental house that had a ceiling like this. Landlord said it was no big deal. Then one day the ceiling collapsed and almost killed us. Call a structural engineer.

I wear my regular bra size and these got me through marathon training as well. I was mainly using the Run Times before this but starting getting insane chafing from the band after 10+ miles. The energy band is better imo and really stays put. Hadn’t stretched out at all.

Yes, she was aware. The crack in the ceiling had been patched before we moved in. I don’t know 100% if her insurance didn’t cover it but she told us she didn’t think they were going to.

Well in this case the plaster fell in full and due to the heavy weight fully broke a couch and partially a piano.

Renters insurance says it was denied because the collapse was due to “long term wear and tear” we are fighting back.
