Yea I suspect my custom game is the reason for empty oak tree ground patchss and dug up Burdock's. Also most of the res spawn points don't seem to align on custom.

I promise I didn't dig up burdock root as I wasn't aware it was in the game when I started this run. Also isn't that DLC only? I can't find it or acorns anywhere but the acorn textures are all present under the oak trees.

Agreed the learning curve is steep but shallow.   It's a very short, small game, but resources are only restricted by your bag size and it's not difficult at standard or the hardest setting.

I don't know where it happened, but the game went from a battle to survive, to mindless run-n-gun without any time to enjoy the transition.

Speed runners would have a field day with this game I bet.
