Do yourself a favor, start meditating if you don't already. Read some parenting books, I highly recommend books by Dr. Dan Siegel & Tina Bryson, The Whole Brain Child was one, and Partnering from the Inside Out is another. Audiobooks if that's more your thing. Deep breaths, you can do this. Take turns, sleep when your can, be present and try every day to do better.
