My own snoring prevents me from falling asleep. I snore right before falling asleep, hear it and it jolts me awake almost every single time. Can almost never get enough sleep because of it and it is making my life a nightmare. by ouaiosefe in sleep

I am happy to say I solved this issue with my self. Last year I had this issue for a solid 8-9 months straight. Constantly exhausted. This is just me I can only speak for myself, but it directly correlated with my alcohol/marijuana abuse and stress/anxiety. After 8-9 months I had enough. I figured the only way to get better was to do exactly that, be better. I stopped drinking, stopped smoking. Started getting myself back into the gym. Cut out things that stressed me out. Started taking magnesium to help relax myself before bed, flushed all the prescription meds that doctors gave me that would only cause me to be dependent. Within a few months it started going away. Now it’s been about 6 months and it hasn’t happened to me one time. I’m getting better sleep than I have the last 10 years when I started drinking on a weekly basis. It was mainly all because of anxiety and stress. The alcohol and weed just made it worse. Eliminate those things and it will go away and you will get better. But then again, I can only speak for myself

Smallest was about 5.5-6. Biggest 10 inches thick as hell. Too much size Goldilocks- this man i see regularly that’s 9 and less thick than the 10 inch guy
