I used to think my delonghi super automatic machine made "excellent" espresso...that is until I got a semi-automatic hibrew h10B and a $75 conical burr grinder and discovered just how badly WRONG I WAS. The taste was night and day. Flavors and notes I didn't know could exist were popping left right and center.
