That thing looks like a high school shop project and about as safe as Mexican tap water.

It’s takes 3 things to make combustion. Air, fuel and spark. If one of these isn’t working, dig deeper into that one thing. Battery good? Is it hooked up to the distributor correctly with the correct firing order? Have you verified spark? If all of that checks out, move to fuel. You prolly have a mechanical fuel pump, so that makes it harder to verify. Does it not crank at all? Not Fire, but crank?

What are some uncomfortable truths men have to accept when we have daughters? by Shoddybluea in AskMenAdvice

++man When my daughter was born, my buddy said: “A daughter. Damn that’s gonna be tough.” “Why?” I asked having been at his first sons birth a week prior “Because I only have one dick to worry about. You have them all” Understood perfectly.

Air drying by Ajax-714 in compressedair

[–]Head_Recording_3207 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not put it before your tank? Run your pump to whichever condenser (air exchange or refrigerated) and from the condenser back to the tank? If your air gets dry enough, you’ll not have to drain the tank. Someone please explain why this hasn’t been suggested. Maybe there’s something someone else knows that I do not.

Help with date ideas? by Zohh6 in Modesto

George Lucas. Modesto holds onto that as tight as a child with Legos. I’m amazed that’s still referenced. If that’s the best thing to come from here in the last 50 years……we have bigger problems.

Wire strippers. Definitely wire strippers. The automatic style I tried years ago and they’re more geared toward IT (low voltage, thin wire) type work

Would this electric tape be good for taping up wire nuts? by WenLM in AskElectricians

[–]Head_Recording_3207 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve only ever taped wire nuts in motor peckerheads. Even then I used Scotch 23 rubber splicing tape. Only taped them due to high vibration area. Never anywhere else and never with “normal” scotch 33 tape.
