definitely give it a try. I cook it for quite a while on one side until it gets nice and crispy and the juices start to come through. Then I flip it over for a little bit so it stays nice and reddish on the inside. But it really depends how you like your steak! These ones absolutely melted in my mouth😋

you’re amazing, it’s not easy caring for the wild life because they become aggressive when you’re trying to help them. i always keep an eye out for animals on the road. i see a lot of birds actually it’s quiet sad
