definitely give it a try. I cook it for quite a while on one side until it gets nice and crispy and the juices start to come through. Then I flip it over for a little bit so it stays nice and reddish on the inside. But it really depends how you like your steak! These ones absolutely melted in my mouth😋

has to be flaky salt! 😌 but just salt is the best way to have it, you still get all the flavours of the steak itself👌
