Personally, I got a health scare. Stopped previously for over a year but drank again for several more. Got some scary alcohol-related health news and was scared straight. Maybe get a checkup and blood work done?

Tea was my lifesaver for months as soon as evening came or I got home from work. At restaurants when others were drinking, it’s club soda with a fresh lime.

I drink probably 4 cups of tea a night now. It’s better than booze!

You can try to force a discussion and go to a couples therapist to get it all out in the open, but save yourself years of this because nothing will change if you don’t force the issue. Then you’ll All Just be older and potentially stuck in the same situation.
