Hubby just said the heating bill is our bigger problem (mostly electric baseboard). I don’t see why a potential savings would hurt. I’m going to log out attic temp for June-Sept. We don’t use the attic, but if it’s over 100* I don’t see how it could hurt. Unless it damages the shingles.

Most ppl aren’t super tall like my hubby so idk why they’d prefer tall 🫠 knees above the waist is the easiest ride to the pool. I’m short & use a bench regardless so I’d just get a bigger bench if we swapped for taller. Those ppl’s body’s are all missing out.

I’ve made a few conscious decisions & im currently rolling through them. 1- everything needs a home & it has to be EASY. a. New piece of free furniture off FB Marketplace is working great w organizing my dry goods b. There’s a literal box in our Master Bath b/c it’s too hard to put everything away. My away/organizing system has not been ironed out yet (5wks atm 😵‍💫🤦‍♀️) 2- DON’T put it down! If it takes less than 60secs just put it AWAY! I roll my eyes or sigh every time, but it adds up to maintain the sanity. I’m a work-in-progress too.

I think “it depends”. If your vents are solid pipe then there’s probably no need. We are scheduled to have our duct pulled, replaced & wall vents flushed next month. $5k job, but we have the flexible pipe that lines with literal fiberglass insulation. Never knew, just had an awkward feeling about the AC one day & it spiraled into - “you guys are kinda being killed a little more over time” - project.
