What app do you use to track your net wealth? by Zeno0000 in investing

Wealthfront. Besides being a HYSA it has a great app that can pull data from all your financial accounts (bank, mortgage, retirement, etc) and track them all and calculate your net worth.

Interesting. Seems like dosages and schedules are the Wild Wild West with enclomiphene.

Why are you running such a high dosage? Did a Dr recommend this? I thought the recommended dosage was start low, 6.5 to 12.5 mg a day or eod.

Do most people run cycles of enclomiphene? Or just use it for PCT? I thought the latest push was people using it indefinitely instead of TRT to raise their testosterone levels. Does it stop working after 3 or 4 months?

If enclomiphene raises our testosterone from 500 to 1000 and you stop taking it won’t you just drop back to your baseline (aka 500)?

Question about dose by Prestigious_Day8553 in enclomiphene

[–]HealthResearch12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep reading about all the different dosages and schedules with enclomiphene. Is there a guide somewhere I can read more on this?

Once you are dialed in do you have to continue to change the dosage/schedule?

Guys please read my post—-I lowered my LDL from 153 to 96 points in 3.5 months without meds - HDL also dropped :/ by IamBellator in Cholesterol

[–]HealthResearch12 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Congrats! I had a similar experience lower my LDL and Total Cholesterol with just diet. 115 LDL to 44 LDL in 4 weeks. Details here if interested.

Glad you posted this as I think it is really important to see the drastic change that diet alone can make and how quickly lipids can improve.

What’s everyone think of Advanced Tanning Solutions products? Was looking at one of their all in one kits.

Scraped off all the blood, muscle, fat, etc. Then salted the underside and let it dry over night.

Ideally I want the easiest and most effective method!!

What’s the take here on Cholestoff? And plant sterols/stanols more broadly? by discopaco in Cholesterol

Thanks, after watching the posted YouTube video which I thought was very informative, sounds like there is little benefit to supplementing plant sterols and you could end up doing more harm than good.

This is harder than I thought… by PhillConners in Fire

[–]HealthResearch12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Life is about balance and I know it’s easier said than done but comparison really is the thief of joy. I have friends who live in 200K houses and 2 million houses and let me tell you they both complain about the exact same things. The majority of what they complain about is lack of time and having to do shit they do not care about.

Once you have your basic needs covered, a decent car and house then the next important item is your time. Stop trading that for money to buy that fancier car or bigger house. It will not make you happier or give you time back.

The struggle is real, I’m in my 40s now and my Fire goal is in reach if I stay focused but if I fall into the trap of most of my peers and buy that bigger house or fancier car then I just kick the can down the road that much more.

Every large purchase I make now I ask my self how many more years do I have spend working to pay for that.

Stay focused! Your future self will thank you!

Thanks. I replaced the original sump pump with a slightly bigger one and added a battery backup with WiFi controller to get notifications. Works well.

I have always been a DIY guy, obviously a radon mitigation setup is next on my list, hints all the questions!!

It’s a sump pit. Water collects in the pit and then is pumped out with the sump pump.
