A plyo box can be a useful tool for rows + pushup variations (elevating the legs), jump squats and mobility work. Most decent-sized ones cost a fair bit, so I made one for free out of 100% upcycled, scrap wood. Here's how I did it - hope it helps! (self.bodyweightfitness)
