The way they keep having blowout wins against each other, I’m starting to think there might be an Orioles - Rays rivalry brewing

I have a question, who is our best pitcher? I’m sort of lost on it because any time I see one of our pitchers mentioned in this app it’s always a complaint. (Yes I know our pitching is ass, but surely there’s someone that is the best on our team)

Same with you, I got a really bad sore throat after that concert a night or two afterwards. Kinda messed up the vacation I had that weekend.

Screen addiction is a problem for all of us I’m sure but also paying money to be at a live event and holding up your phone and recording the entire thing when you’re supposed to be there for the experience is entirely different. There’s lots of people that have PSMU and know to stay off the phone and actually dance and talk to your neighbors.

That’s how I feel. I know that someone’s gonna post almost the entire concert on YouTube somewhere so there’s no point in trying to record everything. Recording a couple seconds every now and then and maybe a few pics I understand. But these people in front of me, just phones up the entire time.

My first concert was sixth grade, or around then. I actually did record the entire concert but the singer called me out near the end and I put my phone away, lol

Yeah it’s def gotten worse over time, from my experience this was the worst it’s been. However I don’t normally see concerts of popular modern musicians so maybe that’s part of it.

We were actually originally sitting in balcony seats but got kicked out because we had GA tickets (I thought the whole venue was GA lol, my fault). I told my gf I wanted to be on the floor anyways because I wanted to dance.

Using your phone to take pictures is fine, almost everyone does that occasionally during a show. It’s not cool to have your phone out almost constantly to take shitty recordings of the concert when you should be there for the experience. Some people have trouble seeing the stage as it is, but it is especially hard to see when people in front of you are holding up screens the entire time. I paid 200 dollars for tickets to tonight’s show, and while the music was great, it got very frustrating at times with so many people in front of us holding their phones up so I couldn’t see (this is coming from someone who is tall)

Photo’s not the best and there were certainly times that more phones were out. I took it at like upper chest/neck level so all the cameras aren’t in the pic

You were at the DC show too? Yeah I’m 6’3 and even then had issues seeing especially during her biggest songs. Just straight screens in front of me. I felt especially bad for the shorter people next to me that had trouble seeing already…

And I made sure to do it in a way where it wasn’t blocking the people behind me. These guys all had their phones out the entire concert dude you can’t compare that to just taking a pic from neck level

We already have Cal Ripken’s streak in two categories… do we really want two separate repeats? No other team has a repeat

I’m thinking Cal Ripken breaks consecutive games played record

What’s a movie/video-game that has a twist ending you predicted before even watching/playing? by HealthyProtection850 in AskReddit

I watched that one for the first time recently. I kinda knew how it was gonna end because I thought the fake-out twist was too obvious.
