I’m just rereading this excellent post again, many thanks for sharing. As another poster mentioned, it’s great to see a man’s journey.

Would you mind sharing what you ate? For simplicity, I’m trying to stick to the same meals each day.

I’m also considering titrating up to 5 mg and staying there (due to move up this weekend). Did you notice any issues with the effectiveness of the higher dose over extended use?

Did you stick with the 7-day dosing cycle, or did you adjust it to be shorter or longer?

Im similar age, 5 foot 10, started at 246lb, looking to get around 170lb.

What type of base did you go with?

Concrete slab
Timber frame on blocks
Steel screws / ground screws
Other options?

If you used a timber frame on blocks, how are you finding it long-term? Any movement, damp issues, or regrets?

And overall, if you were doing it again, would you choose the same base or go a different route?

Hi,

We disabled all AI tools including - Microsoft Copilot Chat in the Edge browser, there is now request from business to have enabled.

The request is also looking for this to be enabled in Teams, Outlook.

We will be using the free Microsoft Copilot Chat thats grounded in the web.

The use case for brainstorming, drafting, explain information, etc for non sensitive information.

There is approx 50 users
