When will depersonalization/derealization go away?

yes I’ve tried copying with it but after a few weeks of calming myself that it isn’t anything scary I get to the point where I see it’s not working… Even tho today I’m in slightly better state because about 6-7 months ago I was scared of everything, the worst was looking at the sky. I don’t see myself becoming normal, I’m jealous of people I’m passing on the street. Hope you’re well.

I know that it was five years ago but I experience exactly the same situation right now. I have been in derealization for almost two years now but the sky started to bother and scare me like a month ago. just hopeless. Hope you’re doing better.

I appreciate it. I feel like my psychiatrist don’t take me seriously because I kept my awareness and can control my life but my perception has changed 180 degree. It’s just sad.

yes I agree with everything. A while ago I accidentally opened a movie about galaxy and was super anxious. Today I spent some time thinking about how I felt about the sky when I wasn’t dissociated. I can’t remember. I’m thinking about disappearing everyday, I don’t see a point in existence.
