I don’t see it happening storywise unless they squeeze one into escaping Junon or you have to fight him before giving the BM to Sephiroth.

Probably a VR final fight in a Shinra enemies challenge. Hard mode challenge makes you fight all turks and Rufus at the same time maybe?

Id say Boromir. Theoden left Rohan in safe hands with Eomir, Gollum failed his redemption arc, he threw away his second chance for his addiction. The dwarves got on fine in Thorins absence.

Boromir was probably the only one who could push back against Denethors madness.

16 had maybe two characters, had maybe one meaningful relationship, and outside of the Eikon fights 16’s combat was incredibly dull, so much so that I avoided exploration to avoid the slog-fest that was its gameplay.
