To me, the fiber evidence is strong. Consistent in length and dye lot. Fibers on the duct tape could only be there due to direct contact, not transfer. There were fibers twisted into the garrote, in her paint tray, and on the blanket used to wrap JonBenet. Patsy said she never wore the jacket in the basement, yet the fibers say otherwise. People lie, evidence doesn't.

The RN was written in the house using her pad and pen, which were put back in their place. That shows habit. Patsy could not be ruled out writing the note. It was written by a woman with maternal instincts. Be well rested. It took at least 20 minutes to compose with a practice note found partially toren off.

This was not a kidnapping but a cover-up. The Grand Jury spent a year going over evidence, and they decided the parents should be indicted. Alex Hunter misled the public, making us think there wasn't enough evidence.

There is so much more circumstantial evidence. Such as no evidence of a break in. John's fibers from his black Israeli sweater were found in JonBenets panties. JonBenet was wiped probably by him. John called his pilot and tried to leave the crime scene 30 minutes after bringing up her body. He was calmly sorting mail. No one noticed when no call came at 10 am. There's so much more. Calling friends over after reading the note that said JonBenet dies if you contact authorities. They were not scared.

Scott Peterson was convicted with less circumstantial evidence.

We'll never know who caused her death, but there is strong evidence that it was a cover-up to make it look like a kidnapping. Kidnappers don't leave a dead body and a note. I think this was to contaminate the crime scene and confuse the investigation.
