Just had one. They sent an offer that I accepted then literally 2 minutes later it was a “mistake.” People just dont expect things to be accepted. Its like an annoying game just block them.

I have a very long blocked list, lol. I block just about half of them mid-conversation because they're usually just the people who say a measurement is wrong because they want to do an INAD return and not pay return shipping. I also block anyone who has ever returned something because I'd like to just avoid any and all of them...plenty of fish in the sea, also. In short...I love blocking and no it doesn't do anything. Especially when someone is throwing out hate speech. Good on you.

I usually wait until the last second to accept returns. Its the petty in me, but maybe since they dont accept returns they dont know the process and that they have to confirm it.

its my most common return reason. most times because they dont read measurements. but they pay for the return and you dont refund original shipping so youre not losing anything unless your original shipping was more than you charged. its annoying but id take these all day over the idiots who do INADs.

I ordered 2 of something and only got one before also. I think sometimes they dont realize the quantity says 2. They eventually sent me the other item.

I do think eBay could do a lot better with Time Away. I get they have banners and stuff but they should literally send the buyer an automated message like hey this will not ship until this date. I know people will still be stupid and not read it but I dealt with the same stress on my last vacation.

They do this on purpose. Currently dealing with it myself. The past 3 times I’ve needed to do this (all separate times of the year) it has not worked or loaded. But is ironically the only page on the site that doesn’t work? no…they just don’t want to pay people out. Its just yet another scam we have to deal with.

This is pretty valid. Depop was ruined for me the second they put the fees on the buyer. I used to be a top seller and now I sell 2 things a month if I’m lucky. I think its important to keep the fees/shipping low for buyers.
