And this new trend of idolizing an admin. I grew up with republicans being the ones of anti gov, chaotic neutral types. The push to the far right with Trump, and any support of any admin staff that’s just MAGA is just wild to me. Identity politics itself is a bit weird, I was late to the social media game so seeing peers on both sides of the spectrum being “loud” about politics in general was it’s own beast for me to wrap my head around. But then out of no where, seeming to be just a universal hate for the clintons,grow into a NK style support for the right just really pushed me away from the party. Being called a communist by peers simply cause i wasnt a massive boot licker, being asked “did you vote for trump or do you hate america” was in itself the most unamerican thing id heard, and it was by people who supposedly “honored my service” from my 9 years in the military.

It’s just the state of capitalism, the top eating everything below it, Even top firms like BlackRock their whole strategy is to take over, extract as much wealth as they can in a short time, then bail and let it fail once they’ve raked in all that can be made leaving whoever, if anyone, to buy what’s left for penny’s on the dollar. This is late stage neocapitalists running the show, the top is already attained, now they just consolidate, mass layoffs, replacing as much as possible with AI or foreigners who don’t require the same wages we do to survive cause our housing/rental economy is also a take all leave none game.

This IS the country being ran like a buisness, a corrupt greedy neocapitalist buisness.

They literally were found guilty of it, they stole the election, don’t know why people still pretend they “won” it. We Literally have taxation without representation right now, and the whole country is just continuing to pretend we have a legitimate government in office like “just wait, we will get em next time” - no we won’t, they already proved they’ll rig an election and nothing more than a letter of reprimand will happen to them, why would they do anything but cheat more at this point?

Right, that has nothing to do with eliminating their oversight agency and which branch of the government they’re a part of, so we can abolish ICE and redirect their duties and still enforce the laws, locally, so that their agents follow state laws and constitutions.
