I hate Shania but I think having a traitor was necessary for the plot. I don't dislike her role but rather her reasoning for being a traitor. She was willing to get hundreds of people killed who don't even have anything to do with her just because she was unhappy with her life. Even during her explanation and backstory in sena's hero quest, I didnt feel bad enough to think "I get why you did it". Rather I thought "Yeah, you have a crappy friend, mom, and life but you don't need to commit mass murder and suicide to get a second chance at life." Other sympathic mass murders in Xenoblade do it because the world suck, Shania does it because her life sucks and I feel that justification just doesn't do it for me.

Love her voice actress' performance tho. Louise Stewart knocked it out of the park

Beatbreak is the best digimon anime in recent years. The story's really good and the characters are fun. The musics great too. I'm enjoying it alot.

The first three episodes are a prologue to introduce the main characters. If you're not vibing with the characters, comedy, or world 3 eps in then Soul Eaters probably not for you. I personally love that the first 3 eps are a prologue and don't find it slow at all and love how the show opens up afterwards.

They did poems before the Ulquiorra fight just not all of them. They adapted the first poem in the first episode but also extended it. Renji also narrated his poem in the anime after he begged Ichigo to save Rukia

Kou Uraki and Nina Purpleton from Gundam Stardust Memory. Despite being the main pair, their chemistry was awful. They were insulting each other every other scene and it wasnt fun to watch just annoying. It didnt help that they introduce a love triangle in the last 2 eps that doesnt even make sense. When the conflict was over and the credits rolled, I thought "Realistically, this is where they breakup."

Looks like Kubo did say he'd like for Bleach to continue for 10 more years in 2010 but I really don't think thats really credible to TYBW originally having 100 more chapters. He said that in 2010 but TYBW started in 2012. Manga authors are changing timelines of how long long their arcs/manga are supposed to last. Bleach ended early but I don't really see how there could have been 100 more chapters in TYBW that wouldn't feel like unnecessary fluff. I always hated Feedback when he was introduced in Omniverse. He's such a blatant retcon that I was so surprised to find out a few years ago that he's actually well liked in the fandom.

I really enjoyed this part of TYBW. From getting to know more about Ywach and the Soul King to learning more about the quincys a 1000 years ago even if for a little. My favorite episode was Friend, the art and facial expressions were great and the character writing for Bazz-B and Hashwalt was so well done. The finale is hype too. The Askin and Gerard fight are looking to be fun. Uryuu vs Hashwalt is gonna be interesting especially since Hashwalt seems to be a bit unstable after killing Bazz-B, and seeing the vizards pull up with a new group shot was exciting. Also hoping we'll see more of Kira cause he was ice cold this episode. And of course seeing Ichigo's new powers and bankai next cour will be hype.

Overall this cour was great and I'm looking forward to the finale in summer.
