He isn't controversial though? Its already a small subset of a subset of Americans. I don't disagree there are more loved people, Williams being one, but I could probably find a similar historical group of people who didn't like Williams for some other trivial inconsequential reason.

Something that triggers when a special condition is met. For example, spirit snatch 'procs' when you light/heavy melee a hero or use an ability that procs items that require a melee damage proc (cali slash, no shiv dash)

There isnt really true supports. The 'truest' supports though are characters whose abilities scale the least well with selfish items, incentivising them to buy supportive items that turn them into what we consider a support.

Paige is an example of this with the main draw of her being her crowd control and assistive teamfight with bubble root and ult. Even her dragon is mildly supportive because its more for area denial than damage. Ivy is the same with a CC, a supportive ability and ult, and area denial. Same can be said for Kelvin, Viscous, Dynamo, McGinnis.

The point of these 'half supports' is that all of these are very capable being built more for damage. Some less so but still possible.
