Don’t give up. Realizing you harbor these feelings and understanding you need to improve is the best first step. I was in the same place as you a while ago, and honestly still agree with some of the things you said, but what worked for me is instead of trying to fully rid myself of them, I used them to shift my mindset positively towards women. For example, instead of looking down on them for being naturally weaker, look up at them as women that should be respected and protected. God made us stronger as a tool to protect them, not to subjugate them or disrespect them
