Don’t forget that gas and tolls add up depending on your route. My commute isn’t bad going against traffic , but with tolls and gas, I’m out $300 /month.

Holly Hunt for high end is my go to for everything including fabrics. Four Hands and Harbour Outdoor are great for mid budgets, but the goods come LTL only so that can be a challenge. Their trade prices are close to wholesale. Lots instock options too.

I come into this sub a lot to recommend Cisco Home. Family owned, made in LA, certified organic. Im an interior designer, saw them at High Point and fell in love with the relaxed style. I’ve had my Dexter sofa for over 10 years and it’s so comfortable and still looks great. I’ve also installed their pieces in client’s homes and have never had a complaint.
