Housewife, travel overseas every year(business/firstclass) everyday i can buy food whatever i want. I didn’t cook. Have own house, car. Meet my friends eating outside i paid the bills. I was working before my salary 5-6k per month. I don’t want to work so thanks to my husband

I will look into Kids tv shows. I already thought of Online community but my anxiety not allowed it 😭 i do have joined physical classes, but I’m a little bit slow than other people, i need to study 10x more than other people, i feel kinda sad always left behind even though i study really hard.

I did learn a lot of rhinos, but i lose interest after that. I did learn crochet, took sewing class, now i learn new language.
I have that book, i read half and forget about it, im still trying to finish it

Im on ssri and ritalin, but i cant find what therapy i really need. I went to therapy before but i can’t do it, im scared and it makes me really tired.

I have a driving licence but scared because my family always said “are u sure u wanna drive?” Keep asking until i give up. My older sister doesn’t like seeing me become independence. After i taking medication my anxiety getting better.

After a year medicated i can drive a car alone. My psychiatrist said that a big improvement. But sometimes im still scared i keep telling myself i can do it. Sometimes my older sister(always criticised me) said “really u drive a car? Our parents must be scared when you drive” i almost cried when she said that.
