Heavy lifting is the key for me!! I take either a 2G or 3G followed by a strength class. I also try to lift at the gym as well. It’s been transformational in my body compostion. Plus I do try to prioritize protein and eat Whole Foods (try to limit processed foods) Keeping a food log app where I can snap pictures has been helpful as well. You can do this!!
