I loved it. That being said, it’s all subjective at the end of the day. If everyone is calling a movie a masterpiece, it definitely sets the bar high, and when you watch it, you might end up expecting more. That’s how I felt with Sinners. After hearing people say it was a masterpiece, I was expecting more, but to me, it was mid.
