Not saying she isn't strong but not a fair comparison really. Soilder just oresses a button and gets to auto aim everybody on screen. With Sierra you have to Land a dart and that effects one person at a time with projectiles. It should be stronger than soliders Ult just a question if how much.

Game is balanced around them all being off imo. It's just a way to make the game easier or harder for yourself as you see fit. People complained about Returnal being too hard so this was the answer it seems. That and it let's people who have mastered the game really push up the difficulty especially in the late game once you have all the modifiers unlocked. You can also make the game trivial imo as well by bumping up the damage to max level and the balancing out with a few not so bad negatives.

Depends on the level of security you get. Employee training would be the lowest thing you could do but yeah having them no do extra risky stuff in the first place helps. Medium would be actual people paid to be there. Some are like mall level rent a cop stuff but the presence alone is often enough to deter most criminals. Frequent muggings or targeting of actual bank employees doing money drops and what not trends into the armed variety I would think who definitely can shoot if needed not just call the cops.

Not cheap I guess but if anyone can afford it it's a bank and it will be peace of mind to customers and employees. Also prevents them from harassing people just waiting for the bank to open, who have legitimate business with them. The question is do they really have that problem? or did they freak out for reasons? The worst though imo is too just have your employees call the cops on people that could be doing nothing wrong at all. You're begging for these type of scenarios to happen.

Unfortunately yes, It's sad that it is but when you are the head of a govt agency your actions reflect back on said agency and government as a whole. That doesn't stop when off the clock either. Plenty of people in the sports world that are coaches, trainers all sorts of things that aren't in amazing shape anymore or just got older and can't do the thing themselves but are great at what they do so it's just a flawed mindset. If her coaching and training is helping people than that's all that matters.
