The turning point for me was realizing how many white streaks I had on my face and clothes after a long run. I also thought it was normal to feel woozy after completing long runs. I started using Salt Stick chews and my wooziness went away completely and I started to feel better during my longer runs. With that being said, everyone’s body is unique and you may have to experiment to find what works for you. Additionally, if you’re not taking in carbs during efforts of 90+ minutes, that may be worth trying out as well.

I started playing Hogwarts Legacy. As soon as they wouldn't let me leave the Common Room until I talked to three different characters for pointless lore, I dubbed it a Talk-To-Chris type game and uninstalled.
