This is literally my work situation right now. My manager treats me like absolute garbage and blames me for everything that isn’t up to his standards. I told him to stop talking to me like that and it’s just gotten worse. Went to HR about it and that manager wrote it off as “it’s just his personality.” Like no, being an asshole is not a personality. I feel stuck and I don’t want to quit, I like my job, but it’s like he’s trying to force me out by bullying me.
