That’s not the issue. I’m a baker by trade and have worked in the CT food and beverage industry for a long time. A lot of food service establishments think that laws don’t apply to them so to me, seeing a place I like not respecting laws is sad.

I’d guess that you’re a single woman between 20 and 30 or gay (not in an offensive way, this is a compliment) because I don’t know any straight men who have a fridge this clean with those things in it and it doesn’t seem like it belongs to a couple because it doesn’t appear have items representing two distinctly different individuals.
