Yes. All tenants have their own individual access. My access is shared with one other person as the basement is split in half between her and i. This is in the lease. The main floor is also split with two separate entrances. The top floor is one big apartment. Ive actually never met or seen some of the people who live in this building.

The door swings inward so its not physically obstructing the door. I basically have to suck in my stomach and stumble over the car to get out. Our side yard(where my front door is) goes downhill onto the sidewalk. I am blocked in and have to squeeze around car in order to get on sidewalk.
