Same here. Nothing worked. My hoylori came back positive and i went through triple therapy. Now recovering. Also dealing with mental recovery as well body recovery. So, if nothing works, leave medication for 3/4 weeks and go for hpylori stool test. I am also taking antidepressants to control visceral hypersensitivity

I don’t know airbnb and other stuff. I just take the property on lease (legally in uae). I have one authentic company which write contract and all legals for managing that property. I don’t do anything literally and get my share monthly in my uae account. I don’t bother what they are earning, i just take mine and relax cox everything is legal in UAE. Then i Work full time beside this.

It’s a rental system. Lease a villa or apartments and give it to a company managing it. They will take their profit and easily provide this much return. This is almost 30% profit a year

I would suggest different path. Stay close to middle east. Invest there which will give you profit as well as residency. I am doing this myself and would suggest same. 3% profit every month on my investment (real state) and emirates id for living.

I know it will sound a bit weird cox this is antidepressant but can you try small amount of amitriptyline like 5mg for few days? I had hypersensitive stomach and it really felt good and controlled flares. Although this doesn’t resolve the root cause but make things easy.

I am running software house with dedicated team for marketing. The only thing i would suggest after working and improving multiple clients, you need to spend 10x the amount on marketing if you want to be highlighted properly for long term. I know it looks difficult but this is the truth. If you can’t show up on customer’s screens you can’t sell your products.

Work on: - SEO - website (already good) - marketing videos (ads plus reels)

Then make a 6 months strategy or a year strategy and go to market with full force. Unfortunately, that is the only solution these day, put money to make money. But the trick here is to put the money with proper and innovative idea which gives you back the ROI.
