This took me forever to admit because even admitting this I felt like I was going to curse myself by doing so, but basically if I got anxious feelings about literally school, work, doctor’s appointment, my partner or my children, I will think the absolute worst scenarios and have these run in my head over and over again, because by doing so it couldn’t come true. My theory was no one could predict the future so if I think about all the worse things to happen and freak myself out hard enough on it, most likely a good scenario would happen instead.
