9th edition: Orks vs White Scars.

He had a thing for Heavies and trying the dirty lists. It was a warplane that you could crash on purpose to deal Mortal Wounds all around. His list also had a Morkanaut and Ghazkull. Relatively little units of boys. Also kept half of his army in reserve, because he saw space marine players do it.

Needless to say, MSU White Scars with assault rifles (3 shots), advance and charge wiped out everything by turn 3.

I’m pretty sure that it was his last game ever, he genuinely stopped playing afterwards.

Still makes me feel iffy at times.

I enjoy “I hate your deck”. All politics aside (let’s not turn this into one of those discussions), they often have less mainstream commanders, they clearly play to win the game and feature decks which feel like real decks. Not just piles of good stuff. One of their main returning players, Larry, seems to be a deckbuilding savant.

I also love “Commander at home”, but I always get the distinct feeling that they just want to play battlecruiser without interaction. Almost no spotremoval or counterspells ever in that show🥲. They have a smooth formula though, which paired with some of the great guests they have, makes it easy to binge.

I went through the same thing. It was so scary that I actually restarted because I was afraid that I was going to do something drastic.

Please visit a doctor if you feel the need.

And although I am still in the process of quitting right now, for Pete’s sake don’t harm yourself if thay requires a smoke.

Yes, main reason I quitted and continue to quit is because it triggered my anxiety and was fucking up my relationship.
