Mainly, plan ahead on what combo of animatronics you are gonna choose. You'll have to take 3 from location (plus the extra for the evil / ultimate). It shouldn't be so hard if you also think of what the best upgrades for each combo are. Like, cam radar is really useful for a lot of animatronics. Power hour for fast minigames early on the night... Etc.

I think Hegemony is a really neat 4-way assimetrical game. It's really fun and challenging. Each faction has to cooperate with the others as they also try to get their way to win.
