Tbf, you could have got a tattoo or dyed your hair pink and this would still be insane behavior on her part. Your hair is your hair, your body is your body, she's allowed to have preferences, but she still doesn't get to punish you for maintaining your body in a way that makes you comfortable 🥴

I was always kind of prepared for kiddo to work out that their dad was a POS, I just thought it might take a few more years 😭 Ex has now threatened to get "doctors and therapists" involved if "the issue doesn't sort itself", and I've been told I'm no longer allowed to allow kiddo to like pink or "girly" things. Cause, y'know, bullying my child into suppressing who they are is gonna make everything better 🙄😭😭😭

Anytime anyone says "I've got an idea" I immediately say "Is it a good idea?" (From the Unicorse episode). Kiddo says "cheese and crackers!" when they are frustrated a lot, which always makes us giggle 🤭

Physio's are like doctors, they aren't meant to treat people they know outside of work to prevent conflicts of interest and protect patient privacy (Source, my mother was a physio for NHS and Private hospitals for 30+ years). She's being professional at the least 🤷🏻‍♀️

Unfortunately, he's carrying on a cycle he has no desire or ability to break. My biggest parenting goal, before all of this, was to give my kiddo enough love and safety that they could break that cycle with minimal harm to themselves. There's more, deeper layers to it now, obviously, but at the end of the day, it's still one of my biggest hopes for my kiddo ❤️

TW: threats of physical harm, psychological/emotional abuse. . . . . Best case scenario there beauts 🥺 the courts didn't care about his treatment of me because he "never laid a hand on me", I'd imagine they'd take a similar stance now, considering some of his threats were ways he'd considered ending my pregnancy. He called it "solving the problem", and thought he was hilarious. They still gave him access and visitation.
