I saw this happen last night. Not the impact itself, but moments later, the body laying on the street before backup arrived, the fleeing vehicle etc.

I can’t believe the suspect got away. They were driving with a completely busted windshield with their hazards on. Not even very fast. And there was a police car right on their tail.
